Mesón Carrión is a restaurant from Álora that offers only the best of the traditional andalusian cuisine. We are located in Barriada Bermejo, just in between Álora and El Caminito del Rey. We have several dining rooms, prepared to serve large or small groups of people.

If you are either visiting the Caminito del Rey or have the chance to visit Álora, find out about the traditional dishes of the andalusian cuisine in Mesón Carrión. In addition, we also give you the oportunity to try out the best food products that both Álora and the Valle del Guadalhorce have to offer, with or tasting menus and our local product outlet.

On weekends we light up our barbecue so be sure to enjoy the different grilled meats and vegetables.
Our facilities
Terrace
An open space were you can enjoy our traditional andalusian food. Very enjoyable on both summer evenings and spring and autumn afternoons , when the climate of southern Spain is at it's best.
Dining room
We use our primary dining room to serve smaller groups of people like families, couples, etc.. It's a closed, air conditioned environment in which you can comfortably enjoy our various traditional andalusian dishes from our menu card and our local product tasting menus. We also provide you with a big full hd television screen on which you can enjoy the La Liga football matches and several other activities.
Events room
A large secondary dining room for the purpose of serving larger groups of people from events or Caminito del Rey visitors. These events are usually planned in advance and the menu is previously agreed upon as well. Apart from the menu, we also offer our Caminito del Rey guests a tasting of local products.
Bar
We use our bar to attend those who wish a quick visit for a few tapas, drinks, coffee, etc..
Free Parking
You won't find any problems at our restaurant when looking for a parking space, you'll be able to park comfortably in both our own parking lot or in any of the nearby streets, without getting to far away from the restaurant. Even the buses from the Caminito del Rey have more than enough space to park near the resaurant.
